Once you've found an item you’d like to purchase, simply click on the link to go to the response form where you can start things off by raising an enquiry for more information. We’ll get back to you promptly with all the answers.

In some cases you may simply wish to buy at the price shown. If you’d like to haggle, you can always make us an offer. Please note that we will always sell to the first buyer at the price shown but will always get back to you to haggle over sensible offers.

The price you pay does not include delivery, but it does include a standard set-up, a complete check-up and verification. If you want a custom set-up to your own playing specification, just tell us what you want. Email us your specifications and we’ll get back to you with the price.

Once the price has been confirmed including your set-up and delivery, we will send you details of how to pay. You can choose to pay by credit/debit card or by cheque (cheques will obviously take longer to process).

Once payment has been received, we hold the money in an escrow account while we prepare the item for you and send it out. Only after we receive proof of delivery by signed courier, do we pass the money on to the seller.
