At the heart of our service is the "agency consignment" method of buying and selling that evolved over 30 years at Andy's Guitars in Denmark Street. We have translated this approach to the internet in a unique service that benefits buyers and sellers alike.

Every guitar, amplifier or effect is checked to ensure that it is what was submitted by the seller, has been repaired or refurbished to bring it up to saleable condition, is played by us before despatch and is GUARANTEED to be working when it leaves our office. All items sold through our website carry our warranty - including all repairs and refurbishment carried out by us - and are delivered door to door by insured courier. Only after the item is sold and delivered do we take our agency commission and pay the seller.
