How It All Works

When we acknowledge your email, we may ask for further information if needed. We then use our knowledge, contacts and skills to find you one or more examples of the item requested. We will also provide you with a full description and an indicated price for the specific item in good working order.

Once you have indicated your interest in one or more of the options, we will arrange to reserve the item for you.

At this point, if you want to go further, we will take a deposit, physically inspect the item and confirm the price, condition and notify you of any defects that may affect its usability.

Should you decide accept the purchase, we will service and prepare the item to your personal specification and deliver it directly to your door.

Should you decide not to purchase the item, we will return the item to the original owner and refund your deposit less a £25 inspection fee and any shipping costs incurred.
