Our workshop has been known for years as one of the best in the world. In fact, we probably know more about guitars than anyone except the actual makers. That’s why we have a well-deserved reputation for serving all the major music stars from 1970 to 2007. With over 30years of unparalleled expertise and experience, our workshop is still running in the basement of 27 Denmark Street, repairing and making guitars for a list of modern day artists ranging from Coldplay to The Klaxons.
Guitar Repairs
If your favourite instrument is in dire need of repair, here’s what you need to do:

* Send detailed photos of your instrument (specifically showing where the damage is)
* Also send a brief description of the damage and how it happened
Once we receive the email, we’ll send you back an estimate of what it will cost to get the work done. If the photos are insufficient, we’ll need to ask for additional pictures or for the instrument to be brought in to the workshop.
If you’re happy with the estimate, you can either:
* Arrange to have us collect the instrument via insured courier (we will quote you before booking the courier), or
* Book a date and time with us, and drop it directly in to the workshop in Denmark Street.
Once our workshop has examined the instrument, we will confirm the price of the repair...which shouldn't be too far off our estimate. If you then choose to not have any work done, there will be an inspection charge of £25.
Once the repair is completed, the instrument can be collected or sent back to you by insured courier after payment (we will quote you before booking the courier).

Amplifier and Effect Repairs
Unlike guitars or other instruments, we cannot give an estimate for repairs through pictures and description. We have to test the items in person. You can either:
* Arrange to have us collect the equipment via insured courier (we will quote you before booking the courier), or
* If it is small enough, arrange to send it to the workshop by recorded delivery post in protective packaging, or
* Book a date and time with us and drop it directly in to the workshop in Denmark Street.
Once the workshop has examined the equipment, we will give you a price for the repair. If you then choose to not have any work done, there will be an inspection charge of £25.
When the repair has been completed, the equipment can be collected or sent back to you by insured courier after payment (we will quote you before booking the courier).
