We professionally assess and value every instrument, amplifier or effect we promote online. We also negotiate with buyers, service the item as part of the selling process, collect the money and provide assurance to buyers...which means that selling couldn’t be easier.

In addition, we guarantee that every guitar, amplifier or effect is checked to ensure that it is what was submitted by the seller, has been repaired or refurbished to bring it up to saleable condition, is played by us before despatch and is in full working order when it leaves us for delivery to the buyer.

All items sold through our website carry our own warranty on all repairs and refurbishment carried out by us. And we see that all items are delivered door to door by a reputable and insured courier.

If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day, hassle-free return policy. As soon as the 7 days are up after the item is sold and delivered we take our agency commission and pay the seller.
