You’ve probably got an idea of how much you’d like to get for your instrument. On the form there's a field where we ask you to list your minimum desired price. Note that this isn't necessarily the price that will be advertised on the website but is merely the minimum amount of money that you would get after we deduct our agency fee from any successful sale.

Once you've sent the form to us by clicking save, we will examine your description and the photos to work out whether we feel we can achieve that price for you after our selling cost. Because we guarantee all of our items, we may contact you for further information or for more photos if necessary to reach what we think is the desired retail price to be advertised. This also means that in some circumstances, we will insist on examining the item before we can agree a price or list it.

As a rough guide, our fee after repair costs (which are not always necessary) is normally 25%.
