You can sell a guitar or other instrument on AndysGuitarNet in four easy steps:
Step 1: You must be a member of AndysGuitarNet to sell with us. It’s free to register online.
Step 2: Describe your instrument using the various fields on the simple form we provide on the website.
Step 3: Take detailed photos of your instrument. We provide you with a list of the photos we would like.
Step 4: Upload the photos using the online form, accept the terms and conditions and then click save.
After that, we do all the work. We’ll check the form and pictures to make sure everything's described properly and agree a price with you. Once we’re happy everything is all OK, we’ll publish it on the site. (If we are unhappy with the photos of the instrument you’ve uploaded, or if the instrument isn't clearly what it seems, we’ll ask you to send the item in for us to check over and evaluate).
Once the instrument has been sold, we’ll collect it, check it over, service it and then set it up at no cost to you. If we find it needs repair we will give you the option to have it repaired or we will negotiate a new price to reflect the condition.
If we find the instrument is not what we thought it was, we’ll contact both you and the buyer to discuss the situation. If we cannot negotiate a resolution, we will refund the buyer and arrange for you to have the instrument collected at your cost - or re-list it with corrected pricing and photos.
