If you have bought an item through us and are unsatisfied with the item for any reason, you must contact us by email at

or by fax within 7 working days of receiving the item (including the day of delivery which counts as day 1) and request that we collect the item and refund your money - or you can arrange to bring the item back to us in person if that is more convenient.
The item must be received by us in the condition in which it was delivered and we will pay the refund into the same account through which you paid us. If the item is shown to have been damaged or abused while in your possession then we will deduct the cost of making good from any refund.
Instrument Repairs
We pride ourselves on the quality of the instrument workshop and its repairers. Any repair or refurbishment carries a guarantee for 6 months from the date you receive the instrument. This guarantee is only valid for normal use of the instrument.

Equipment Repairs
We pride ourselves on the quality of the amplifier workshop and its repairers. Any repair or refurbishment carries a guarantee for 3 months from the date you receive the amplifier, speaker cabinet, effects unit or pedal. This guarantee is only valid for normal use of the equipment.
